It happened so sneakily. Of course it did. Just like Pan himself sneaking about London in hunt for children to lure from their bedrooms, so did this book sneak into the world.
Appropriate, huh.
If there's one thing that many people don't know about the life of an Indie author, it's the constant and eternal never-ending work. There's always something to do, and not much time in which to do it.
Especially when you also have a job and a child and want to live in a fairly hygienic environment!
That means you've got to pick what you do very carefully, and for me, that means prioritising actual writing over tonnes of marketing.
So, hello! Here's the news that The Feather and the Fall is live today!

If you're into the idea of dark Peter Pan retellings in creepy foggy Victorian-era London settings, and hints of the old fae lore etching its way into a detective story, this one's for you.
I'd love it if you could grab a copy, devour it, and pass the news along.
Welcome to the world, Feather. You finally made it. (It only took ... seven? years?)
Click here for the paperback copy on Amazon. I'll hit you up when the eBook's clawed its way outta the fog, too.
(I'll also be bringing it along to signings, most likely beginning with The Collector's Markets in Eagleby last weekend of Feb/beginning March, so pop along if you'd rather a signed copy. I'll practice my creepiest handwriting for it!)
